This page contains template for the posting and the document datasheet. It should be fairly obvious what changes you have to do to fit your own dissertation. 

Some fields have been used a bit inconsistently before:

  In the field '''\date''' enter the month and year when the thesis is "spikad".

  In the field '''\num''' you just enter the TFRT number, i.e. 11XX. Earlier a longer identifier was used, but that standard is not used anymore.
