Posting (spikblad) and Document Datasheet

This page contains template for the posting and the document datasheet. It should be fairly obvious what changes you have to do to fit your own dissertation.

Some fields have been used a bit inconsistent manner before:

In the field \date enter the month and year when the thesis is PRINTED.

In the field \num you just enter the TFRT number, i.e. 11XX. Before a longer identifier was used, but that standard is not used anymore.
